The Path to Presence coaching program invites you to step fully into your spiritual journey, and to embrace each practice, reflection, and insight as part of your unfolding. It is not about perfection, quick fixes, or checking boxes. It is about cultivating presence, deepening trust in your own wisdom, and walking steadily toward a more authentic and resonant way of being.
Every journey is tailored to where you are, whether you are just beginning your spiritual exploration or carrying years of searching and growth. I walk beside you with compassion and clarity, providing structure and soulful guidance while holding space for your unique path to emerge.

How It Works
Path to Presence is a 3-month container that comes in two different structures: the STEADY and the ALTERNATE options.
Both are kickstarted with a 2-hour initial call, then
Option 1: we proceed with 5 bi-weekly live coaching calls
Option 2: we proceed with 2 more live coaching calls (one a month), alternating with asynchronous coaching every other week.
Both include:
Ongoing support between sessions
The option to replace one of the live calls with a 1-hour Soul Seeding session.
The STEADY option provides:
Anchoring
The bi-weekly calls can become anchors of self-care in your schedule. You can schedule them in advance, as a container in themselves.
Rythm
The cadence of live calls and solo work (with support) sets a satisfying pace. The bulk of the coaching work is done during our live sessions., and the rest of the time is processing and integrating.
Preferences
You have a more direct and sustained contact with me live, which can feel warmer, more enjoyable, and more motivating for some.
The ALTERNATE option provides:
Flexibility
This option offers more flexibility to fit your coaching work seamlessly into your schedule, and across time zones and busy lifestyles.
Breathing
This allows you yo manage your energy as you need to reflect and integrate, while allowing me to tailor guidance to your needs with the asynchronous coaching.
Accessibility
As there are multiple communication options, it's ideal for introverts, neurodivergent individuals, or those with a demanding schedule or who live in a very different timezone than mine..

What's Included
When you join Path to Presence, you receive a complete 3-month coaching container designed to support your transformation at your own pace, while providing structure, guidance, and diverse resources tailored to your needs.
HERE IS WHAT IS INCLUDED:
1 Intial 2-hour call: to set the tone for the duration of the coaching.
Weekly Check-Ins and Assessments: Built-in accountability and personalized guidance, ensuring even the more introverted individuals receive appropriate support and feedback.
Feedback and Support: Receive thoughtful responses via email, text, audio, or video within 24 to 48 hours (during workdays).
1 Seeding session, If you choose to replace one of your live coaching sessions with an activation session.
Note that if you select the Pay in full option at checkout, you'll get a BONUS 1-hour Seeding session you can claim up to 3 months after the end of the coaching period.
Private Coaching Portal: Access to all materials, resources, and guidance in one place. Accessible for 3 months after your coaching period.

5 subsequent bi-weekly live coaching sessions: Via Zoom or similar app.
Ongoing support: Up to 2 hours a weeks of asynchronous exchanges via email, text, or audio/video recordings, to suit your style. Note that I only reply on workdays.

2 subsequent monthly live coaching sessions: Tailored guidance through text, audio, or video, fitting seamlessly into your life.
3 asynchronous coaching blocks: Delivered digitally, that you can engage with according to your schedule, levels of energy and processing type.
Ongoing support: Up to 2 hours a weeks of asynchronous exchanges via email, text, or audio/video recordings, to suit your style. Note that I only work on weekdays.

In the asynchronous coaching option, the asynchronous coaching blocks deliver coaching without fixed appointment slots for live calls. Instead, we communicate via text, audio, video, or email at your convenience. I respond within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays, offering detailed, thoughtful feedback.
A Soul Seeding Session is a single-session energetic activation designed to initiate clarity and alignment. Path to Presence is a 3-month coaching container that offers ongoing guidance, deeper integration, and steady transformation over time, while including one Soul Seeding Session (or two with the Pay in Full option) during the journey.
Because of the depth and personalized nature of this work, refunds are not offered once the program begins. This policy honors the integrity of the container and the commitment you are making to yourself.
