Manifesto
I. The thread not yet woven.
II. Who I am.
III. Why this work, now.
IV. Who this is for.
V. What I offer.

There is something that makes itself known at the edge of your awareness.
Not loudly. Not as crisis or breakdown. More like a quiet sense that somewhere in the tapestry of your life, a thread hasn't yet found its place. Not missing in any way you could point to clearly. Just not yet woven in.
You may have been carrying it for years. You may have done considerable work on yourself, and still it remains. Not because the work wasn't real, but because this particular signal lives below the level that most conversations reach.
That is the territory Alma Mundi works in.
Not to place your rich and singular life experience into the frameworks of any given spiritual tradition or belief system. Not to translate you into someone else's map.
But to meet you precisely where you are, where something in you is trying to surface.
Rarely in this world are we handed a quiet and compassionate mirror, a space to reflect on ourselves and explore our inner depths, while allowing for free and genuinely creative discovery.
Here, I hold that space. I guide you in a way that's both real and authentic, lending you steadiness and confidence as you do the hard and exhilarating work of becoming.
This is the soulwork. Alma Mundi's Path to Presence is the container that holds it.

Poet. Mystic. Visionary. A life-long seeker, writer, and mother.
I'm Nargisse, Soul Coach and founder of Alma Mundi.
I support sensitive beings in soul-deep transitions, who are ready to re-attune to their essence and rebuild from the inside out.
The path I now offer was earned slowly: Years of moving through diverse spiritual traditions, and immersed in various modalities, each one revealing an aspect of being human.
Then, motherhood, the true test of my spirituality, where none of what I had previously learned seemed adequate anymore, and I had to rebuild myself from the ground up.
I re-emerged with clarity about the human condition in a living world. That clarity is the foundation of Alma Mundi and the soil from which Path to Presence grew.

We are living through a strange moment for inner life.
There has never been more spiritual content available. Apps, courses, retreats, frameworks, certifications, modalities.
And there have never been more sensitive, perceptive, awakening people who feel, despite all of it, profoundly alone on their path.
The traditional containers that once held inner work, community, lineage, elders, rhythm, ritual time, have somewhat dissolved. And the containers that remain often ask an adherence to an external rather than inner authority; the agreement to walk a path that has already been drawn by someone else.
For some seekers, these inherited paths offer real support. For others, what they require does not allow the inner exploration the soul craves.
What remains is information and frameworks. Practices to pick and choose. Insight without a steady container for integration. The modern seeker is asked to assemble their own spiritual life from fragments, and to do this alone, while also working, parenting, paying rent, and recovering from a culture that systematically depletes the very sensitivity they are trying to honor..
I know this terrain because I have walked it. I am still walking it.
What I have come to understand is that the depth most of us are seeking is not on the other side of yet another peak experience, nor on the other side of deferring exclusively to an established order of things that asks us to become someone we are not.
It actually lies on the other side of integration: the delicate, patient gathering, reclaiming of all the parts of oneself into a coherent whole that can hold more of what we truly are. Light in singular form. The divine creation witnessing itself through our eyes.
The deepest contemplative lineages knew this. Across centuries and cultures, they converged on the same recognition: that genuine spiritual life rests on the integration of all aspects and dimensions of who we are: from body to soul, from mind to purpose, from emotion to inner knowing… Not as separate categories, but as facets of becoming more of what we are.
The work was never only about transcendence. It was always also about integration. Walking the world as fully actualized spiritual beings. And in doing so, restoring beauty in the world.
This is the work I now offer: woven on the loom of my own path, the warp of my clients' journeys, and the weft of the dialogue I keep across time and space with those who walked it, or some part of it, before us.
This work is for those who recognize themselves in what I have written here.
For empaths and sensitive women, mostly, though not only, who are moving through a soul-deep transition, and find that the answers that worked before no longer apply.
For seekers who have read widely, practiced extensively, and still feel they are missing a held path, a coherent way of walking that integrates what they know rather than adding another fragment.
For mothers in the long reconfiguration that motherhood begins and rarely completes alone.
For mystics in modern lives: people whose perceptual range exceeds what the culture acknowledges, who have felt strange or excessive or too much, who are quietly waiting for a space in which their way of being can be held without being explained away.
For those who instinctively know that real change does not come through more pressure on the self, but through gathering the self into a form truthful enough to be inhabited.
This work can also stand alongside other practices already alive in your life. It does not ask you to leave what nourishes you. Therapy, somatic work, your own meditation practice, your tradition of origin, the teachers and modalities you already trust: all of it can keep working. Soulwork is a deepening, not a replacement. It meets you in the dimensions the other forms may not reach, and it honors what those forms have already given you.
What it asks is not allegiance, but presence.
Not certainty, but willingness.
Not perfection, but the quiet courage to keep gathering and weaving the threads of your Self.
Alma Mundi holds this work through several forms, each meeting a different moment of the path:
ONE ON ONE SOULWORK
